Our mission:

South Harrow Methodist Church seeks to live out the gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, witness and service.

As individuals and as a congregation we commit ourselves to the service of God by:

  • Revealing Christ’s presence in the community.
  • Serving the community in Christ's name.
  • Accepting all regardless of age, race, ability, or any other distinction.
  • Providing support and encouragement so that we may better share the love of God with those we meet.
  • Challenging others (within and outside the church) by revealing God's word to the present age.
  • Making the premises inviting and the worship relevant.
  • Encouraging others to come to Christ.

As a community we commit ourselves to making the church a place where, in the name of Christ ...

  • All are made welcome
  • All may worship and pray together.
  • All may be nurtured in their individual learning and growth.
  • All may receive pastoral care in confidence and security.
