Children and Young People

At South Harrow we are dedicated to our work with children and young people.  We provide a safe and caring environment for all young people who come into our premises and we provide activities as a service to the community and to work out our mission in a practical way.

Junior Church

Junior church meets most Sundays alongside our regular worship.  Normally the whole church family gathers together at 10.45 before the children and young people leave to join in their relevant groups; we have groups specifically for infants aged 3 to 7, for children aged 8 to 11, and for young people 12 and over.

Youth Club

We work alongside the London Borough of Harrow and visitors may wish to click on this link for more information about what LBH has to offer.

The Harrow Youth Website is a one stop shop for all young people in Harrow (13-19 years old). It is a signposting facility for young people for "things to do and places to go" as per ECM outcomes and legislation.

Pre-School

Pre-School meets every morning and Monday and Thursday afternoons during Harrow term time.  It takes children aged from 2 years, 10 months until they start school.  Its policy is to encourage children to learn through play.  Pre-school works to national standards set out by Ofsted who have approved the setting so that free nursery education can be offered to eligible 3 and 4 year-olds.  A waiting list operates so to put your child's name on the list, visit when Pre-school is open or phone 020 8422 9109.
